My goal in counseling is to create a healing space for individuals and couples that encourage personal growth and empowerment.
I am committed to helping you reconnect with the strengths you already have, to discover who you truly are, and to live in the moment authentically. She is highly accomplished at helping couples find greater understanding, hope and connection in their relationships.

Regan holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle; and received her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University in Psychology and Geology.
Regan brings warmth and sensitivity, infused with humor, to the adults and couples she works with. She designs workshops for couples, and participates in discussion panels in the community. Regan was recently interviewed for an article "Money Worries: How to Cope"
Regan is married with three children, and enjoys yoga, hiking and gardening.
