My goal in counseling is to create a healing space for individuals and couples that encourage personal growth and empowerment. I am committed to helping you reconnect with the strengths you already have, to discover who you truly are, and to live in the moment authentically.
Regan holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle;
and received her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University
in Psychology and Geology.
Regan is a licensed marriage counselor, and is bound to the code of ethics of the
American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and the laws of Oregon State.

Regan also follows the ethical code of conduct of the American Association of
Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
Regan brings warmth and sensitivity, infused with humor, to the adults and
couples she works with. She designs workshops for couples, and participates in
discussion panels in the community.
She is highly accomplished at helping couples find greater understanding, hope and connection in their relationships. In her spare time, Regan enjoys swimming, hiking and gardening. She is an avid reader, and is currently obsessed with all things related to quantum physics; especially quantum entanglement- and thinks entanglement is happening between couples all the time.
